Our objectives reflect our mission to uplift Karnataka’s outsourced workforce through welfare initiatives, legal support, awareness programs, and community development. Each goal is designed to improve dignity, security, and opportunities for every member we serve

Legal Assistance
To provide legal advice and support in cases of harassment, sexual harassment, or any form of workplace misconduct.

Unity & Harmony
To promote friendship, equality, seniority, brotherhood, coexistence, and harmony among outsourced employees.

Grievance Redressal
To address the grievances of Karnataka Government Outsourced Employees and bring issues to the notice of concerned officers, cooperating with relevant departments.

To provide immediate assistance to employees and their families during accidents or death, create self-help groups, support economic development, and educate them on welfare schemes, insurance, and small savings.

To establish psychological support, comfort, and rehabilitation centers for in-service employees, especially those under the Karnataka Health & Family Welfare Department (NHM Division)
