What We Aim to Achieve

Our objectives reflect our mission to uplift Karnataka’s outsourced workforce through welfare initiatives, legal support, awareness programs, and community development. Each goal is designed to improve dignity, security, and opportunities for every member we serve

All-Round Development

To strive for the complete and all-round development of the Association.

Legal Assistance

To provide legal advice and support in cases of harassment, sexual harassment, or any form of workplace misconduct.

Unity & Harmony

To promote friendship, equality, seniority, brotherhood, coexistence, and harmony among outsourced employees.

Grievance Redressal

To address the grievances of Karnataka Government Outsourced Employees and bring issues to the notice of concerned officers, cooperating with relevant departments.

To organize programs in collaboration with other associations to achieve common objectives.

Emergency Support

To provide immediate assistance to employees and their families during accidents or death, create self-help groups, support economic development, and educate them on welfare schemes, insurance, and small savings.

To inform concerned officers about issues related to permanency, promotions, salary/pension, transfers, workload, vacancies, and unemployment cases.

To create awareness about salaries, government schemes, and grants available to outsourced employees and guide them on availing these benefits

Work Stress Counseling

To establish counseling centers to address work stress, mental pressure, and other emotional challenges faced by employees

Family Counseling

To set up family counseling centers for the wellbeing of outsourced employees and their families

Rehabilitation & Support Centers

To establish psychological support, comfort, and rehabilitation centers for in-service employees, especially those under the Karnataka Health & Family Welfare Department (NHM Division)
